13, 1947.

1881. He is a son of Lester Norval Putnam and Jane Meredith. He was born
February 7, 1857 in Kingston Ontario. He will soon marry Agnes Sarah Archibald
and then she will die December 11, 1894. I don’t find him in 1901, but in 1906
he is in Winnipeg with a new wife Kate.

pretty sure in Loring Harrison, son of William Putnam and Elizabeth Jane Carr
and is now also listed at home in Maitland, Hants Nova Scotia in 1891 and a
duplicate listing of this Harry.

He was born right here October 14, 1832, and he married Elizabeth here on July
7, 1860. He died here March 14, 1886. Elizabeth will make it till 1912. This

exact birthday in 1893 at age 76.

here in September 1896. Margaret will marry James H. Forsythe November 24, 1899
here in Grey County. Since Cecil was born after his dad died, not sure who the father
was. Wasn’t James Forsythe as she married him a year after Cecil was born.
Cecil retained the last name Putnam all his life. In 1900 Margaret, her new
husband James H. Forsythe and the 3 Putnam kids are in Lockport, Will County
Illinois and in 1910 the whole Forsythe family is in Mobile, Alabama and again
in 1920. In 1920 Cecil is in the Army in Virginia. He will get out and marry
Edwina, who was born in Alabama, in 1925 and they will be in New Orleans,
Louisiana in 1930 with two kids. Solomon is a son of Robert Putnam and Olive
Tuttle, grandson of Ephron Putnam and Miriam Doty. Solomon was born in Wolford,
Grenville, Ontario on December 11, 1822, and will die here February 1, 1883.

Missouri in 1900 and have a son Glen born in Ohio in 1892. The family is in
Muskogee County, Oklahoma in 1910. In 1920 they are in Everett, Washington.
They are in Washington County Oregon in 1930. He will die there in 1937.

is the wife of Charles Putnam. They were married here April 5, 1874. He was a
son of Lester Norval Putnam (3099) and Jane Merideth.
Charles was born in Montreal, but grew up in Kingston, Ontario. She was here
with her folks in 1881 and no Charles then either. Isabelle will die here May
25, 1892. Charles is living with his Aunt and Uncle, Charles and Clarissa Wickwire nearby in Leeds & Grenville.

is a son of Joel Stokes Putnam and Lovilla Church
from Leeds. He first married Julia Ann Stewart in Leeds on November 15, 1863
and she died in the early 1870s. He then married Charlotte July 9, 1873. They

Benajah Putnam (608a) and Elizabeth Livermore of Dummerston, Vermont. Asaph and
his brothers Joel and Parks took their families to Canada in the later 1780s.
He was listed with his uncle Ezra in the 1851 Census. He and Elizabeth were

Putnam in Blenheinm for years. She is in town with

Snetsinger. Lodema is a Putnam herself, a daughter of
Asaph Putnam and Nancy Stokes. He and Lodemia were
just married in Renfrew County in 1851. They were here in 1871 and 1881. He
will die here April 30, 1892. New

Eli Edgar Roberts Putnam 30 ONT and a butcher. His wife Ellen McEwen is 29
SCOT. They were just married here on March 4, 1891. Also here is his now
‘widowed’ mother Lodema Putnam 63 ONT US US. She was married to Ephron Elijah Putnam in Blenheim up
through the 1881. Ephron is alive and well and living by himself in Chatham too.
Edgar and Ellen are here in 1901 and 1911 and he still will be running his
butcher shop.

Sheridan were in Lanark South with their mother who had married William Parks.

in 1910. I don’t know what happened later, but in 1911 Olive will be married to
Edward Robinson. She will have a son Samuel Putman born in 1902 with her. I
don’t find Eben in 1911.

certificate here in Welland states he died a widower on May 28, 1924. There is
a death certificate for Phoebe Jane in Welland. She died of a cerebral hemorrhage
at age 63 on April 30, 1914. He died at age 80 of ‘senile decay’ after a fall 6
days earlier. Interesting though he says his father was Francis Putman and his
mother was Harriet Crosby. Also there is a death certificate here that Mary
Putman age 23 died of consumption here on February 20, 1891. I would assume she
was married to Hamilton’s son Pelick. Dutch family

Montreal in 1881. At that time he said he was born in America. He is Henry
Lester Putnam a son of Lester Norval Putnam and Jane Meredith from Kingston,
Ontario. He was born July 24, 1855 while the family was in Chicago or possibly
in Ontario before they went to Chicago. His folks split up in the 1860s. They
were in Montreal in 1881 and are in Westmount, Hochelaga District with kids in
1891 and 1901, then in Jacques-Cartier, Quebec in 1911.
