Rosanna Longnecker, and was born in Jefferson, Cass
County Michigan. He is in Stratcona Alberta in 1906,
as is his dad Ira. J. Putnam who is presently still back in Michigan. He was
home in 1870 in Michigan, then single in Knox County Illinois in 1880. In 1884
he married Nellie Henderson there March 11, 1884 and they had six children most
in Nebraska and one in Texas in 1895. They were divorced in the late 1890s.
Nellie and the kids are there now and she will be through the 1930. Orlean will die in 1946.

42 USA, born November 14, 1858. His wife Nettie, Julia Annette Reynolds is 36
US born July 17, 1864, and they have a son whose name looks like Rile born in
the US. He is a rancher. His wife is Julia Annette Reynolds who is a daughter
of John Reynolds and Julia Ann Putnam. Julia was a daughter of Orlean Putnam and Amelia Vanderhoof from Cass County
Michigan. Can’t figure George though. He looks like the son of Henry and Sarah
Putman as shown in 1870 in Sparta, Monroe County Wisconsin. But I have no idea
who Henry was except he would be on the New York Dutch line. They were in Latah
County Idaho in 1910 and 1920 and will be in Crook County Wyoming in 1930. They
have a son Lyle who was born in Mitchell, South Dakota May 18, 1895 who is
currently in the Army I guess. He registered here in 1917 and will be with the
family in 1930. In his registration, Lyle says he is in the moving picture
business.

is a son of Thomas Worthy Putnam and Lucretia Wealthy Towne. The family was
from Chautauqua County New York and then in Wabasha County Minnesota where
Albert was born. Then by 1870 they were in Dodge County Nebraska through the
1880 and now he is here and will be in 1906. New England family. His line goes

His folks were and still are in Wellington North. He was there in 1881 and not

7 lodgers though. We think he is Charles Israel Putnam a son of Warner Herkimer
Putnam and Mary McGaffe and was born in Dorchester,
Ontario and shown there at home in the 1951 census. He was in Dayton, Michigan
in 1870 with his uncle and then in 1880 was in Pinal County Arizona near his
folks.
Henry Edson
Putnam is 38 born Sep 11, 1852. His wife Ella Straw is 36 born Oct 12, 1864.
They have Pearl 16 born Dec 8, 1884, Lulu 12 born Sep 10, 1888, Lloyd 9 born
Jun 6, 1891 and Paul 6 born Oct 8, 1894. There are 10 lodgers. He is Henry
Edson Putnam a son of Goyne Putnam and Lavinia
Babcock. He was born in Winnebago County Illinois and grew up in Rock County
Wisconsin. The family moved out to Oregon in the late 1800s. Ella will die and
he will marry Nettie Discus and be in Douglas County Washington in 1910. Paul
is in a reformatory here in British Columbia in 1911, and will be married in
Whatcom County Washington in 1920.

William Sullivan 51. Josephine Charters was married to Alfred B. Putnam in
Bountiful, Utah in 1880. They are in Skagaway County
Alaska in 1910. Josephine will be in Oakland, California with her brother
Edward Charter in 1920 and there in 1930 at age 70 CAN. Leona Frances
Putnam, daughter of Alfred B. Putnam and Josephine Charters. She will marry
John Thornton Sullivan Jr in about 1903 and will die in Alameda, CA on 28 Jan
1958.

Jan Pistornson 42 and the rest as Pistornsns.
Just crummy writing and all. They are all Putnams. So his wife Janet Wilke is
42 ONT, Anna Grace 15 (MAN as all the rest), Robert H. 11, Emma May 6, Margaret
3 and Beatrice 3/12. His widowed mother Christina 69 NS is with them. They are
in Souris, Manitoba in 1906 and 1911 and they are all listed as Putnams. He is
a son of Robert Hunter Putnam and Christina McLachian
from Colchester District Nova Scotia. He was born in Hants, Nova Scotia January
2, 1858 and will die in Winnipeg, Manitoba May 13, 1947. He’ll be here through
1921 at least.

and their son Adam Roy is 4 born Nov 1, 1896. He is Lewis Archibald Putnam, a
son of Augustus Putnam and Amelia Smith from Maitland, Hants. Interesting his
folks had an earlier Lewis Archibald born in 1863 and then died September 8,
1867. This Lewis was born a year later and named after his brother. Anyway, he
will die back in Maitland March 22, 1949 and Abbie will die on July 29, 1950. I
don’t find them in 1911, but the son Adam Roy is in Douglas, Maitland, Hants in
1911 living with his grandmother Mary Thompson Roy age 62.

was a son of William Putman (Wyle 29) and Jane MacKenzie
from here. Young William will die here February 15, 1911 of consumption and
Loring in 1924 out in Calgary, Alberta.

in 1850, and then came back up here and married Hannah in September 1851. John
will die here October 9, 1906. Hannah was born in Five Mile River, Hants May 5,
1831, and will die here May 6, 1909. They only had one child, James, who died

was the only one born with Sarah, the others are by his first wife Susan
Douglas. Sarah had two other kids in 1889 and 1891, both of whom died in 1898
of Diphtheria. John will be around until he dies here on March 25, 1919. He is
a master mariner.

2434. Stephen will die here shortly on January 11, 1902. The son John and
daughter Lillian will be out in Winnipeg, Manitoba in the 1911 census. Isabelle
will move to Winnipeg, Manitoba and be with her daughter Lillian and die there
November 16, 1937.

Alice married Francis Stuart Simpson July 12, 1899. They will move to Toronto.
Helen will go out to Vancouver with her parents shortly and be there the rest
of her life. She will be a school teacher there and never marry.

and Phoebe Morton from here and was born in Boston May 14, 1826. Guess his dad
was a seaman as they never show up in any census that I can find. His wife
Margaret and all the kids were born here in Nova Scotia.

here still in 1911 and his grandfather Peter has died by then.

Dutch family out of New York They go back to David Putman and Dorothy Hainer
who came up from Montgomery County New York in about 1800. Daniel and Olive
will soon go over to Detroit and she will die there on September 23, 1903. Dan
is widowed in Detroit in the 1910 census. The son Robert Henry will die in an
automobile accident on September 6, 1928. He was a city employee and single at
the time. He was 37 years old.

1891. She was a daughter of Samuel Spencer. I don’t know what happened, but in
1911 Olive will be married to Edward Robinson. She will have a son Samuel
Putman born in 1902 with her. Eben John will die here
July 17, 1903 at age 35 from an ulcer hemorrhage.

I don’t find them in 1911. But, if you look at the 1911 for Robert Putnam in
York you will see he has a wife named Clara Bell Dorn that he married December
18, 1901. I wonder if the gals are the same. Age is close, but Tabor and
especially the kids are missing then. The son Percy (Percival Hamilton) will
marry Sedalia Fay Alair in Haldimand District

kids in 1891 and 1901, then in Jacques-Cartier, Quebec in 1911.
